Creates a new custom label for the connected WhatsApp Business account. Labels allow you to categorize chats (e.g., "Lead", "Urgent", "Pending Payment") for better workflow management.

Developer Tips & Best Practices:

Business Account Required: This feature is only available for WhatsApp Business accounts. Standard personal WhatsApp accounts do not support labels, and this request may fail or return an error on those instances.

Label Limit: WhatsApp typically enforces a maximum limit of 20 labels per account. Ensure you check the existing count before attempting to create new ones programmatically.

Colors: You can provide a colorHex (e.g., #ff9485) or a predefined color ID. If you provide a hex code, WhatsApp will try to match it to the closest available label color.
